Solo Sabado features rotating single farm Colombian coffee. New Producer will be revealed once this lot sells out.

The Pillimue Family produces Perla de Inzá in the heart of the Colombian Massif, a mountainous region in Cauca surrounded by volcanoes and the headwaters of some of Colombia’s largest rivers. Deeply rooted in their community, the family has helped lead an initiative to certify 80 smallholder producers in organic farming, promoting sustainable practices and the use of natural fertilizers made from agricultural waste.

Grown at 1,800 meters, this organically produced lot combines Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties, carefully washed to highlight the clarity and sweetness of the region.

This medium roast is clean and balanced, with notes of apricot jam, bright clementine, and a rounded turbinado sugar sweetness.
