Delicious as pour over (never did it as spro). Superlost consistently does some of the best naturals out there. Highly recommend.

Delicious as spro and also as pour over tbh (drop to a nice 1:12 ratio and do hybrid immersion at a low temp). Insanely smooth either way.

Absolutely love the screaming pigeon and the existential dread it relieves me from when drinking my coffee. If you do higher dosages, get the one with a handle as the mug itself will get hot as it’s not ridiculously thick ceramic (no issue for me since I’m not filling it to the top).
