Solo Sabado (Terra Coffee | Microlot Semi-Washed Caturra)

Terra Coffee’s Red Sun lot brings together small producers in Pitalito, Huila, where family members and neighbors work side by side on small farms. Through extended fermentations, the project brings new character to familiar coffee varieties, creating distinctive profiles with the vibrant citrus notes that define this lot.

Grown at 1750 masl, this semi-washed Caturra is roasted light/medium to highlight its juicy sweetness and bright citrus character. Mandarin leads the cup, balanced by Meyer lemon brightness and a soft light brown sugar finish. A caramel like sweetness rounds it out, bringing balance to every sip.
