Zero Gravity Decaf

I tasted Zero Gravity Decaf when I was visiting my son in Brooklyn last month, and was so impressed by the taste and the body. I had spent the last few years trying to find decaf that isn't bitter but is still "bold", as my 57 year old palate is rather sensitive. I placed my first online order and have continued to be satisfied with my morning Zero Gravity! Kudos for making an impressive decaf.

This is the best decaf I've ever tasted. It's the processing that makes the difference. Sometimes I have it straight decaf in the afternoon, sometimes I mix it with regular beans to make 1/2 decaf. No matter what, it makes a great shot of espresso!

Best decaf ever

I prefer a little lighter of a roast but still nice and creamy from the espresso machine, I haven't been disappointed yet with Superlost.

This decaf coffee is delicious, an taste wise you wouldn’t know it’s decaf.

Very good decaf. Dark roast but still works well with lighter roast COTM’s for an enjoyable cup of 50/50 caf/decaf midday.

I don't like dark roasting coffee bean as it could over shadows some of the beatiful aroma of the beans. This decaf roast is just right on the sweet spot; not too dark and not too light. Its decaf so I could enjoy couple cups thoughout the day without crush. The stickers are just so adorable and I looking forward to collect them everytime I order my coffee :)

Having switched to decaf for my 2nd cup every day, I wanted to find a non-bitter option since most decaf coffees are terrible. This is a really solid roast, but it still is pretty dark and earthy. That's to be expected for decaf, but compared to other roasts I've had this one is a bit too burnt. Good, but I prefer closer to medium roast.

A nice tasting decaf for those days that I don’t want the caffeine, Late afternoon and early evening for example. And some times I’ll mix the beans 50/50 with some similar flavor notes caffeinated beans. If your searching for a nice decaf give this a try!

I mix about 20-30 grams of this decaf with any bean of full caffeine for a half caff. You might be wondering, why would I do such a thing? Well, you see I LOVE COFFEE. The taste that is. And to kind of drag out the amount of coffee flavor and taste of some of my favorite full cafs, I mix this in to give me more. Now I know what you might be thinking, “why would you mix and adulterate some of the full caf’s flavor with this different flavor”? Well I have to tell you, this dark roast coffee plus a light roast gives me the tastes and flavor of a medium roast coffee and no one flavor overpowers the other, at least to my palate. Some days I might add a few more grams of light roast and less of decaf for a stronger light roast flavor. But if I’m looking to have more of the caramel flavor this bean offers, I add more decaf and less light caf. I always make sure I have this on hand in case I want an afternoon cup and I swear by this mix! This is the absolute most consistent bean I buy from Superlost and I absolutely love it!
