In Tlaltetela, Finca Las Trincheras stretches across a hundred hectares of forest and cultivated land, where Jose Cienfuegos Garcia has spent decades refining quality. His coffee has earned international recognition, including a Cup of Excellence award for their clarity and sweetness.
South across the Andes, Santa Barbara Estate carries the legacy of Don Pedro Echavarria, who built one of Colombia’s few fully integrated farms to guarantee traceability from cherry to export. Here, volcanic soil, shifting cloud cover, and meticulous processing create coffees known for their balance, structure, and remarkable consistency.
Blended together, these two origins form a cup that’s both bright and comforting: sparkling fruit from Veracruz layered with the round, steady sweetness of Antioquia. A winter cup designed for quiet mornings, slow afternoons, and taking a breath before the new year.
