Kanzu 726 comes from the Karambi community in Rwanda’s Nyamasheke region, high above Lake Kivu at around 2,000 meters. Nestled below the biodiverse Nyungwe Forest, the area’s cool climate, abundant rainfall, and rich volcanic soil allow the Bourbon cherries to ripen slowly, making them among the last harvested in Rwanda each season.

This fully washed lot delivers a clean, refined cup that highlights the clarity and complexity developed at this exceptional elevation.

We taste cinnamon raisin, yellow plum, and delicate oolong tea.

New Light farms are rotating light roasted East African farms. Once a lot sells out, we switch.
