Robinson Rivera founded ACC in 2016 with a simple but powerful goal: help farmers in Cauca earn a better living through high quality specialty coffee. It started as an effort to create opportunity in a region historically tied to illegal crops, but has grown into a network of 77 small producers focused on elevating both quality and value.
With a QC lab, a certified Q Grader, and a wet mill designed by Robinson and his brother, the association is steadily transforming cherries from the region into standout coffees. At Finca El Silencio, carefully harvested cherries undergo a honey process that preserves natural sugars and body while maintaining clarity. The result is a silky, fruit forward cup that balances sweetness and structure.
