Introducing:

Yessica & Diego Parra - 4th Gen Producers

Yessica and Diego Parra are siblings from Pitalito, Huila, and fourth generation coffee producers. After years working in specialty coffee, they founded Diwan Coffee, eventually leaving their jobs to acquire their own farm, El Mirador, and focus fully on unique processing and varietal expression. This shipment marks their very first export together, beginning a new chapter in a family legacy that started generations ago.

Grown at 1,750 meters, this Naturally Processed Gesha is made from only the ripest cherries, fermented in open tanks for 60 hours, then carefully dried under controlled temperatures for around 20 days.

This light roast is vibrant and fruit forward, with sparkling raspberry, white peach, and red currant sweetness, balanced by a creamy body and a sweet lingering finish.

Coffee Of The Moment features a new microlot coffee with a unique story. These are hyper limited releases that can sell out entirely in as little as a day or as long as 3 weeks. Once the batch sells out it's gone for good. Subscribe to get a new rare and unique coffee to your door every single month! This is coffee for the curious.
