Girón Family Farmers 

The Girón Family lot is grown by smallholders Lucía, Antonio, Santiago, and Simon Girón near Tenejapa in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico. This collaboration supports Indigenous coffee growing communities around San Cristóbal de las Casas.

Grown at 1,700 meters, the family’s Caturra and native Mexican Garnica cherries are washed to create a clean, transparent expression of Tenejapa’s terroir.

This light roast is bright and sweet, showing fresh raspberry and raw honey.
