On the steep slopes of Ortega, Tolima, Aristobulo Rayo Mendez has spent nearly fifty years tending the land that would become Finca La Victoria. What began as a modest family farm has grown into a small, mountain-side ecosystem where coffee trees share space with native forest, fruit trees, and the rhythms of a community committed to quality. 

His Gesha grows at 1,830 meters, where cool nights and filtered sunlight allow the cherries to mature slowly, building delicate aromatics and layered sweetness. After harvesting at peak ripeness, the coffee is pulped and washed with meticulous care, then dried gradually to preserve clarity and balance. The result is a cup that opens with fruit punch brightness, softens into orange-blossom florals, and finishes with a subtle hint of warming spice.
