This is our pursuit of the “perfect” espresso, knowing it’s a point that can never be reached, we strive to get closer and closer to the limit with each roast. The aromas and tasting notes are chocolate cream, orange zest, and almond cookies.

 
Any coffee can be espresso, however you can blend certain origins and varietals in ways that consistently pull excellent shots with beautiful créma. That also means that espresso can be brewed in any other way including cold brew, drip, french press etc. 


Named after the  powerful stellar explosion, our signature espresso is created from the fusion of three Latin American farms. Supernova is the star in our partner cafes throughout NYC and Brooklyn, as it's the base for all espresso based drinks.

This is one of my favorite roast, it’s great as a straight shot or with milk. It’s great with oat milk as well. I also serve this at my espresso cart at the Historic Manassas Farmers Market in VA and it’s a crowd favorite.
